Sherwood Park

A very affluent community that sits just North East of Yonge and Eglinton. Although densely populated this neighbourhood ranked one of the best in the GTA for housing, low crime rate, transit, entertainment, health, people and employment*

This once sleepy little farming area came to life when the TTC opened the Eglinton/Yonge Subway station in 1954, since then development has grown. Upscale housing, a mix affordable rentals and luxury condominiums have bloomed. Young adults are drawn here for the employment, night life and affordability and families are drawn here for the large homes, parks, recreation and good schools.
The walk score in this neighbourhood is incredible, with its close proximity to downtown and excellent amenities within, there is something for everybody here.
